Metallurgical production. Production of brass and copper ingots by remelting of secondary raw materials of non-ferrous metals from scrap copper, scrap brass.
Brass is a two-component metal containing copper and zinc, consisting of various products and fragments resulting from the production of parts, mechanisms, as well as failed technical and household products.
The main categories of brass scrap:
Brass mix. This group combines any form of lumpy scrap of brass alloys of different chemical composition. Accepted products, parts, their parts, having traces of heat treatment, semida. Significant weight is made up of sanitary equipment: taps valves and other.
Bras radiatorss. Brass is an alloy with high thermal conductivity, so it is often used for the manufacture of radiators. Such devices allow an effective exchange of thermal energy between the environment and the coolant, increasing the efficiency of engineering systems.
Copper, one of the most sought-after non-ferrous metals, is widely used in various industries.
The main types of copper scrap:
Shine - high quality scrap of the first grade. This type represents pure copper of grades M00, M0 and M1 and includes shiny copper wires and cables.
Lump - industrial scrap. Consists of pieces of copper from manufacturing operations, including engine components, various pipes and winding wires.
z- mixed scrap. This type of scrap combines various copper products and fragments, including foundry and deformed alloys.
Our company produces various types of brass LOS (CuZnPbSn),LS (CuPb1Zn),L (CuZn)
and other copper-containing alloys as agreed with the customer (A-Aluminum, F-Iron, O-Tin, C-Lead, K-Silicon, Cu-Manganese, L-Main component copper).
Quality
The chemical composition of the product meets the requirements of the standard GOST 1020-97 and is accompanied by certificates or quality passport. The standard applies to cast brass ingots.
The products are manufactured in full compliance with the requirements and specifications set forth in GOST R 57376-2016, as well as according to the technical specifications TU GOST 859-2014. At the same time, all stages of production are coordinated with the customer, which ensures maximum satisfaction of his needs and expectations.
